Sue Skellern

 

Born and raised in the Bay of Islands surrounded by a creative family, Sue Skellern is a creative who works as a visual artist, designer, and photographer, a display artist in the New Zealand Army, and then many years as an exhibition designer in the museum sector.
Years of working with many mediums her recent focus is on creating visually unique pieces that combine reality and digital surrealism. Sue's work is spontaneous and emotional, using personal objects to reflect their significance and create a mood.

She strives to create engaging and whimsical pieces that spark conversation and bring a smile, her artwork has been exhibited nationally and internationally; her artworks are scattered around the world.

Sue is currently residing in the Bay of Plenty.
