I have a fascination with imagined cities. My work features stylised, high-contrast structures and cityscapes in a 2D side perspective, depicting futuristic buildings in usual shapes.
I've lived in Canterbury since I was a child. My experiences of the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes gave me a unique perspective on the creation and destruction of buildings and the reshaping of urban environments, something which continues to influence my art.
